Added support for counting of view types. Note that this is not initially
expanded but dynamically. Still, with a lot of views (like most shops have)
determining the counts for the view types can take a long, long time. Also,
the Views object should probably be region based in that you should instantiate
a Views object per region.

Changed to allow either hash or tag to be passed into new method.
Changed to have new method, updateViewInfo that fills in the members. This is also called by the create method after a view is created.
Added prototypes.
Added create and remove methods
This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file.
For each of the two "sides" of the diff,
select a symbolic revision name using the selection box, or choose
'Use Text Field' and enter a numeric revision.
